Support
Abinition supports its software products through the following mechanisms:
- An annual support contract for customers that already have a software license for HyperScript or other Abinition software products. Customers with annual support contracts get the highest priority of support. Support generally includes software upgrades, telephone and e-mail response to customer issues within the scope of operation of Abinition software products at the customer site.
- A standard 90 data support contract after the initial purchase of the HyperScript license or other Abinition software products. Abinition offers this standard 90-day support in order to facilitate the successful implementation of Abinition software products at the customer site.
- Limited and discretionary support of HyperScript and other
Abinition software products:
- to answer questions via e-mail or telephone about the functionality of Abinition software products.
- to assist in the understanding of the configuration, installation, and implementation of Abinition software products
- to acknowledge the reporting of bugs discovered in Abinition software products.
